Please note that complimentary tester samples are gifts of appreciation and are not required to be returned.

Returns are accepted only for the original product, which must be unopened, sealed, and in its pristine original packaging.

Our trusted delivery partners will carefully inspect the product upon collection and may respectfully decline to accept the return if the item does not meet these exacting standards.

Refunds credited to your Canéza Wallet will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, allowing you to enjoy a faster, hassle-free credit.

Refunds to your original payment method will be processed as soon as the return is inspected at our fulfillment center; please note that the time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
